Multiple / Multi-Class Application
TRADE MARK
An application per trademark can only cover goods or services in 1 class. There is no provision for multi-class applications.
INDUSTRIAL DESIGN
Multiple applications are permitted if the designs relate to the same class of the International Classification for Industrial Designs or to the same set or composition of articles.
